was pictured this afternoon arriving at Man U's
Carrington training base to undergo a medical
after jetting in from New York ahead of a record
breaking £110million move, that will make him
the World's most expensive player of all time.
He is expected to sign a five-year contract

MTN Project Fame 9: Favour axed! As Benjamin and Blessing get wild card into Academy
It was an emotional weekend for the surviving
contestants in the Academy following the
eviction of Favour. The tears flowed freely from
the remaining contestants when news broke
that Favour’s eviction from the project fame
academy was real. Ever optimistic with a
vivacious disposition and loads of humour,
Favour was the livewire of the MTN Project
Fame Academy before her departure.
However, she put up a spirited fight before her
eviction, performing R&B diva, Toni Braxton's,
hit song ‘Breathe Again’ to the delight of the
judges.
Praiz, the newest judge on the show,
particularly felt her performance was much
improved compared to her previous outings.
While Favour departed to a tearful exit, it was a
euphoric moment for Benjamin and Blessing as
they gained entry into the famed Academy via
the Wild Card they secured at the opening gala
alongside Kissi and Seun.
During the performances, the contestants
entertained the audience with some of the
finest songs from the Pop genre.
However, Pere, Winner, Yusuf, Solomon and
Mirabel are up for probation this week having
failed to impress the judges. The five
contestants will now rely on votes from their
fans in order to continue to vie for fame in the
show.

Rio Olympics: World No.1 Novak Djokovic cries after he's eliminated by Argentina's Juan Martin in 1st round
World number one male Tennis player Novak
Djokovic was left in tears as he was shockingly
eliminated in the first round of Rio Olympics by
a determined Juan Martin del Potro who beat
him 7-6 7-6 .
Novak representing Serbia was shocked by
Argentina's Del Potro, who had spent 40
minutes stuck in an elevator in the athletes'
village earlier on Sunday.
Djokovic's shock loss also comes on a day
when Serena Williams and Venus Williams,
reigning Olympic champions, suffered their first
ever defeat at the Games in 16 matches.
"This is one of the toughest losses in my
career," said Djokovic, who was chasing a first
Olympic title.
"Delpo was the better player and he deserved
to win. That's sport," Djokovic told reporters.
"In the decisive moments, he just came up with
some extraordinary tennis and I have to
congratulate him.
"It's very sad and disappointing to go out of the
tournament this early but I am glad that a good
friend of mine, who has struggled with injuries,
has won.
"It's one of the toughest losses in my life and
career. The wounds are still fresh."
For Del Potro, this was the sort of night he
must have doubted he would ever experience,
who cried as he hugged Novak.
“It was an amazing match for me,” he said.
“I didn’t expect to beat Novak tonight because I
know my situation, I know my problems with my
backhand and my wrist, but I played an amazing
match, my forehand worked very great, my
serve was okay and the atmosphere was great
too.
“He is a friend on tour,” said Del Potro of
Novak. “He is a great champion. He is a great
person, he told me really kind words in the end
and I appreciated it a lot.”

Man charged with manslaughter after forgetting his twin daughters in a hot car
These 16-month-old twin girls Ariel and Alaynah North (pictured) died after their 24-yr-old father Asa North left them in an extremely hot car in 90-degree temperatures outside their Georgia home. The girls were found unresponsive while strapped in their car seats in the back of his SUV. According to Police, their father had been drinking before leaving his toddlers in the car when he got home.
Neighbors said the father was frantic after the girls were discovered. He started screaming and was seen running around with the kids. When Police around, Asa along with his neighbors, were desperately trying to revive the twins in a kiddie pool with ice packs to try to get the water temperature down.
Paramedics took Ariel and Alaynah to the Tanner Medical Centre less than five minutes away where they were pronounced dead. The twin's mother was in Atlanta visiting her sister that had been injured in a car accident. She was however notified and has since arrived back.
North was arrested, charged with two counts of reckless conduct, two counts of involuntary manslaughter and transported to the Carroll County Jail.
Investigators are working to determine how long the girls were left in the car and a blood sample for alcohol was taken to determine his alcohol level. Authorities however report that they do not believe the deaths were intentional but believe North left the children unattended in the SUV for a certain amount of time. Autopsies were being done at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab to determine how long the girls were left in the car.
The twins' uncle, Donnie Holland, said he guesses Asa forgot about the kids and left them in the car. 'He should have never been in the house asleep. He should have got the kids out of the car the time he got out of the car, you know.' Holland said.

6-year-old girl in Afghanistan is forced to marry a 55-year-old man in exchange for a goat (photos)
A 6-year-old Afghani girl known as Gharibgol has been sold into marriage after her father allegedly exchanged her for a goat, rice, tea, sugar and cooking oil.
Thankfully, a concerned relative raised the alarm about the wedding which led to the arrest of the groom, Seyed Abdolkarim and the girl's father.
According to the father, he and his family were desperate for food and by selling his daughter he had one less mouth to feed. He also insisted that the new husband of the girl had sworn not to have sex with her until she turned 18.
After the wedding, Abdolkarim reportedly took the girl to a relative's house in Firozkoh, in Ghor province, pretending she was his daughter.
But the concerned relative raised the alarm, insisting Abdolkarim was 'undressing her at night'.
Abdolkarim then told a relative: 'No [she's not my daughter], she's my wife, her father gave her to me.'
Not convinced, the relative opened up to a friend on the matter and the friend promptly called the local women's rights bureau.
Responding to the situation, the bureau says it will pursue a divorce and ensure the father is stripped of his parental rights.
The girl is reportedly now living with her mother.
Women in Afghanistan are allowed to marry from the age of 16, and men from 18.
Just recently, a 60-year-old cleric in Afghanistan was reported to have kidnapped and married a 6-year-old girl insisting she was a 'spiritual offering' from her parents.
